Flawed Logic?
The idea of giving homework makes sense: get some work done at home so there is more time to learn in class. But when students are a) overtired from staying up late or b) not at school because they did not finish, does that not defeat the entire purpose? This is a real issue. We are wasting away potentially the best years of our lives behind a computer screen or under a desk lamp. It can’t be that we work hard now to enjoy ourselves later, because I’ve heard it only gets harder. Maybe we should just start our education when we are 25?
